The trailer for the newest installment to the big screen X-Men universe has hit the nets today. Wolverine is easily the most popular X-Men character and only takes a back seat to Spiderman in the Marvel Universe.
Hugh Jackman returns as Wolverine (thank god). The film will trace his origin which spans more than a century. Remember that crazy mutant healing thingie Wolverine has? This film will introduce other X-men favorites such as Gambit and Deadpool. Check it out.

i hate it how the movie totally goes against the continuity of the comics. The comics are written better then most comic related movies. Wolverine meets Gambit before he meets the X-men??? Still, the movie looks really good.
Honestly, its nearly impossible for Hollywood to keep track of when and where characters meet. Wolverine was created in the 70s while Gambit didn't appear until 1990 I believe. Of course, these two are ridiculously popular characters so of course they wanted them to be in the same movie. But I see what you mean as now everyone is going to think that this is how it was in the comics. We won't be able to win all the comic book adaption battles, but as long as we can win the big ones! Like keeping the basics of Wolverine's origin intact.
